- Register beginning 1 June. Donate $25 or more and set your personal fitness goal for the 12-week challenge. You can also easily set up a personal fundraising page and invite friends, family, and colleagues to sponsor you.
- Participate individually, join a team, or start your own team and challenge others to compete.
- Sync your personal fitness tracker (FitBit, Apple Watch, Garmin, etc.) with the Charity Footprints application, or plan to enter your own steps into the app.
- Start tracking and entering steps on or after 1 June and continue through 24 August. (Need help converting your activity into steps? Access our handy conversion chart here!)
- Show us ‘where in the world’ you are exercising. Post a photo of yourself--in front of your local scenery, town, or landmark--on social media #ASISonTheMove, #ASISFoundation.
